It’s important to develop a clear timeline to complete all the steps on time. Some tips to help you:
- Map backwards from the date that you would like to have everything completed.
- Use the checklist included in the CEO Evaluation Process workflow to schedule the steps. The dates can be modified if needed using the calendar icon.
- Share the draft timeline with the full board and the CEO and get them to commit to completing their action steps on time.
- Once the CEO has completed their self-evaluation, you can invite the other members to complete their surveys. You can send reminders right from BoardOnTrack.
